URR Project Management ID Team

The Foundation for Success

ID Project Integration (PMBok® combined with Interior Design Handbook) is one of the most important elements in the whole process. Done correctly, it can be a pivotal point in the project. Get in touch with Urus Reka Resources to discuss more about what they provide with this particular service.
Package complexity tasks including:-
1) Initiation-2 Phases 2) Planning-24 phases 3) Execution-10 phases 4) Monitoring & Controling-12 phases 5) Closing- 1 phase.

Our role divided into 2 types of practices

1) Conceptual Phase normally runs based on the size of the space(s), design requirements, integration of design specifications etc from the Paymaster of the project. Our role during this phase is usually a significant portion of the cost-perhaps as much as one-third of the total. It is during this phase that the team members are selected, the scope is finalized and project schedules and estimates are produced.

2) Detailed design is primarily an engineering function. Engineering for detail design is normally runs based on the size, designs reviewing, quality workmanship inspection, scheduling until the phase of site management etc that suits to the specific budget from the Paymaster of the project. During this phase, our direction is to steer the engineering/design team from the end of the conceptual phase through detailed design, procurement of equipment, customer reviews, and ultimately the issuance of design packages for interior design fit-out construction.
